Terms of Service

LimePortrait is owned and operated by the LensGenAI Team. We serve customers in the United States, and all prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). You can reach us anytime at support@lensgenai.com or through our contact page. By creating an account or using LimePortrait, you agree to these Terms. We've kept them short and in plain English — please read them.

Who can use LimePortrait

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. Please keep your account details accurate and your password secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.

Your photos and permission

You must own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, and never upload photos of children without the consent of a parent or guardian. You keep ownership of the photos you upload; you simply give us permission to use them to create your portraits. We keep the reference photos you upload only as long as needed to make your portraits and automatically delete them within 2 weeks of upload. Your finished portraits stay in your account until you choose to delete them.

How your portraits are made

Your portraits are created using advanced artificial intelligence running on Google's hardware and technology. Because they are AI-generated, they are creative interpretations rather than real photographs: faces, features, clothing, and backgrounds may differ from real life, and results can vary between attempts. Portraits are intended for personal and entertainment use and should not be relied on as an accurate depiction of any real person, place, or event.

Using your portraits

Once a portrait is generated, it's yours to keep, print, and share for personal, lawful purposes. Paid portraits are watermark-free and high-resolution; free portraits carry a small watermark and are lower resolution.

Credits and payments

Portraits are created using credits. New accounts receive one free credit. Additional credits are sold in packs, priced and charged in US Dollars via Stripe, and never expire. Because AI generation uses real computing resources, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. The only exception is a failed generation: if a portrait fails to generate, that credit is automatically returned to your account balance (this is a credit back to your account, not a cash refund). Prices exclude any taxes that may apply.

Acceptable use

You may not use LimePortrait to create misleading, deceptive, or harmful imagery, to impersonate others or use someone's likeness without consent, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Service “as is”

We work hard to keep LimePortrait running well, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every portrait will meet your expectations. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LensGenAI is not liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

Analytics

We use analytics and advertising-measurement tools, including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity, to understand usage and improve the product. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use LimePortrait after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Questions and disputes

We aim to resolve any concern directly and in good faith. If you have a problem with the service or these Terms, please contact us first and we'll do our best to make it right. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.
