Your photos

Reference photos you upload are used only to create your family portraits. They are stored securely and automatically deleted 2 weeks after upload. Finished portraits remain in your account until you delete them.

Account data

We store your email, name, and purchase history to operate your account. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. We never sell your personal data.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity to measure usage and advertising performance. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors use the site through aggregated usage metrics, heatmaps, and session replays, so we can improve the experience. For advertising measurement, a hashed (irreversible) version of your email may be shared with Meta to match conversions. You can opt out of many of these tools using your browser and ad settings.

Cookies and consent

We only load these analytics and advertising tools — Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity — after you accept cookies on our consent banner. If you choose “Necessary only,” none of them run and no related cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
