Your photos

Reference photos you upload are used only to create your family portraits. They are stored securely and automatically deleted 30 days after upload. Finished portraits remain in your account until you delete them.

Account data

We store your email, name, and purchase history to operate your account. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. We never sell your personal data.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity to measure usage and advertising performance. For advertising measurement, a hashed (irreversible) version of your email may be shared with Meta to match conversions. You can opt out of many of these tools using your browser and ad settings.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
